Upside Guide: Our Buddy-UP Program
We guarantee you'll make at least one new friend your first week at Upside. For your first two weeks, we'll assign you a buddy to make sure you get off to a great start. Your buddy will show you around, introduce you to people and answer any questions you may have about life at Upside.
MentorshUP Program
Each new hire is assigned an experienced Mentor - skilled in the arts of your chosen engineering discipline to guide your training. We don't believe in sink or swim. Think of your Upside mentor as three parts sensei, one part lifeguard.
